How long is the wait?

4 to 6 weeks from order. Each sauna is made to order.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes, and it is included. An electrician connects the 4.5 kW stove as part of the free installation.

How is it delivered and installed?

Delivery and installation are free anywhere in New Zealand. It arrives as pre-assembled panels.

How hot does it get?

15 to 90 °C, with a timer of up to 100 minutes, set from the internal stove control.

How is it different from an infrared sauna?

A traditional sauna heats the air with a stove and stones, here to 90 °C, and you add steam by sprinkling water on the stones. An infrared sauna runs cooler: 25 to 65 °C on the Solace IR.

What's the warranty?

A 2 year comprehensive warranty from delivery, and lifetime technical support. Warranty terms.

Can we spread the cost?

Yes. Lease to own over 6 or 12 months at 0% interest with a 25% deposit, or split it 50/50 with the second half due on delivery. Payment options.
