Warranty from delivery

Parts are covered against defects in materials and workmanship from the day of delivery: two years on sports machines, and each product's term in the full warranty terms.

Making a claim

  1. Tell us

    Email your order number, the model, and photos or video of the issue.

  2. We assess it

    Our New Zealand team reviews the claim.

  3. We fix it

    Covered parts are repaired or replaced.
