Our sports machines include a 2-year limited parts warranty and lifetime after-sales support. Key components are covered for varying periods:
- Computer Head & Sensor: 24 months
- Mainboard, Motor, Remote Control, Charger, Shooting Wheel: 12 months
- Battery & other vulnerable parts: 6 months
- Accessories: 3 months
After this period, labour and technical support remain free for life, you only pay for replacement parts if needed.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, falls, or liquid entry
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues
- Improper use not aligned with manufacturer guidelines
- Private repairs or non-authorized servicing

- Include your name, order number, product model, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if possible.
- Our NZ-based support team will assess the claim.
- If covered, we’ll repair or replace the defective parts. If outside warranty, parts are billable, but service remains free. Shipping costs may apply.
- Retain proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
- Use the product as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Submit claims within the applicable warranty timeframe.
Premier Sports Equipment is not liable for indirect damages such as lost performance or business. Liability is limited to the product’s original purchase price
