1. Are you the manufacturer or do you source the equipment?

We are not the manufacturer. We work directly with high-quality, trusted manufacturers across the world who specialise in smart sports technology. Our suppliers are carefully vetted to ensure premium performance, durability, and advanced features that meet the needs of serious athletes and sports facilities.

2. Why should I buy from Premier Sporting Equipment instead of ordering directly from overseas suppliers?

Ordering directly from overseas suppliers can be risky due to quality inconsistencies, lack of local warranty support, and high shipping costs. We take care of all of that and our products are thoroughly tested, backed by a local warranty, easy returns, and full customer support in New Zealand. You also avoid dealing with expensive customs, import duties, and long shipping times.

3. Do you offer bulk or team discounts?

Yes! We offer special pricing for sports academies, schools, clubs, and gyms looking to purchase multiple units. Reach out to us with your requirements, and we’ll tailor a package to suit your needs.

4. Do you ship New Zealand-wide?

Yes, we deliver throughout New Zealand, including both the North and South Islands, as well as Australia.

5. What is your return policy on Non-Warranty Items?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or provide a refund. Some products may have additional manufacturer warranties to check product details for specifics.

6. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! All of our high-end items come with an extended 2 year parts warranty and lifetime sales service. Contact us if you experience any issues, and we’ll sort it out.

7. What should I do if my product is faulty or stops working?

If you experience any issues, contact us immediately. We’ll help troubleshoot the problem and, if necessary, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and warranty coverage

8. Do you offer product demos or trial sessions?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer demos or trial sessions, but this is definitely something we plan to introduce soon! Stay tuned for updates.

9. Can I finance my purchase or pay in instalments?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options, including instalment plans such as Lease to own

10. Is the equipment suitable for all skill levels?

Yes! Our products are designed for both beginners and elite athletes. Whether you're a young player looking to improve or a professional training at a high level, we have equipment to suit your needs.

11. Can these machines be used outdoors?

Most of our equipment is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but we recommend storing them indoors or under cover to protect them from weather damage after every session. The machines are easy to move!

12. Can I use the equipment for commercial purposes (e.g., in a gym, training facility, or academy)?

Yes! Many of our products are built for commercial use and can withstand high-frequency training environments. If you’re purchasing a gym, academy, or sports facility, let us know.

13. Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?

Yes, we accept pre-orders for popular items that may sell out quickly. Contact us for estimated restock dates.
