Which sauna should I choose?
Start with where it is going. Indoors: the Solace IR at $5,300 for 2 to 3 people from a standard socket, or the IR Pro Indoor at $7,999 with lay-down chairs and a heated floor. Outdoors: the IR Pro Outdoor at $8,500, or the Solace Traditional at $8,000 if you want a stove, stones and steam.
What is the difference between infrared and traditional?
An infrared sauna warms you with heater panels and runs cooler, 15 to 65 °C across our three. A traditional sauna heats the air with a stove and stones, here up to 90 °C, and you add steam by sprinkling water on the stones.
Can a sauna go outdoors?
Two can. The IR Pro Outdoor is red cedar under a shingle roof, and the Solace Traditional is a red cedar barrel under a shingle roof. The Solace IR and IR Pro Indoor are for indoors.
What power do they need?
The Solace IR runs from a standard household socket. The IR Pro, indoor or outdoor, draws 3400 W and needs a 15 A socket on its own circuit; most homes will need an electrician to fit one. The Traditional's stove is connected by our electrician as part of the free installation.
Are delivery and installation included?
Yes, both, anywhere in New Zealand. Each sauna arrives as pre-assembled panels and we install it.
How long is the wait?
Each sauna is made to order, 4 to 6 weeks from order.
What's the warranty?
A 2 year comprehensive warranty from delivery, and lifetime technical support. Warranty terms.
Can we spread the cost?
Yes. Lease to own over 6 or 12 months at 0% interest with a 25% deposit, or split it 50/50 with the second half due on delivery. Payment options.
