Yes. All electrical, heating, and mechanical systems are RoHS-certified, and our wooden components are FSC-certified. Products that include electrical components also undergo NZ/AU safety certification before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

In-stock items ship within 3–7 business days across New Zealand. Custom or pre-order products (like saunas or shooting machines) typically deliver within 3–6 weeks.

Yes, we ship throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific region via our trusted logistics partners.

Large items are pallet-delivered via freight. You’ll be contacted prior to delivery to confirm access and scheduling.

Most large units (like the HydroPlunge Pro and saunas) arrive pre-assembled. Others include clear setup instructions for simple installation.

Yes - once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link and carrier information.

Installation & Setup

Product Care & Maintenance

Rinse and drain water weekly, wipe down interior surfaces, and use natural cleaners only. For saunas, occasionally oil the wood exterior with natural sealant to maintain finish.

After every few sessions for shared use, or weekly for personal setups. Keep filters clean and replace periodically for chillers.

Yes - outdoor models are weather-resistant and rated for outdoor use. Indoor units should be installed in a dry, ventilated environment.

Yes - we stock all replacement components, from filters and hoses to control panels and fittings.

Warranty & Support

Most products include a 1–2 year comprehensive warranty and lifetime after-sales support. Warranty details are listed on each product page.

Manufacturing defects, electrical faults, or component failures caused by normal use. Damage from misuse or neglect is not covered.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for most standard products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

Custom or quote-based products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged or faulty. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Orders for custom or quote-based products can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Cancellations after this window may not be accepted due to production timelines.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If a returned item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., used or damaged), a 15 % restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied.
