Yes, on anything made to order. We'll send it the same working day, set out for a board paper, committee or grant application.

A standard product, any time before it is dispatched. A made to order product, within 48 hours of ordering. After that it is in production or in transit and cannot be cancelled.

Within New Zealand only. Delivery is free nationwide.

Standard products are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then take 1 to 3 business days to most addresses. Rural delivery can take longer. Pre-order products ship within 4 weeks. Made to order products take 4 to 6 weeks from order, and we confirm the delivery date with you.

Yes. You get tracking details by email once a standard order is dispatched. Made to order deliveries are arranged with you directly.

Sports machines arrive pre-assembled, or in a few parts that go together in about five minutes. For saunas and cold plunges, delivery and installation are free anywhere in New Zealand.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, and keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

A standard product, within 30 days of delivery, for a refund or exchange. It must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. You pay return shipping on a change of mind return.

They are made or ordered for you, so they can't be returned on a change of mind. If one arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Email admin@premiersportsequipment.co.nz with your order number and the issue. Don't send anything back before you hear from us: items returned without an agreed return are not accepted.

Returns that arrive used, incomplete or damaged may be declined or charged a 15% restocking fee. There is no fee on a faulty product, and we cover its return shipping.

Within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item, back to your original payment method. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Every warranty runs from delivery. Sports machines carry a 2 year limited parts warranty, accessories a 1 year full warranty, and saunas and cold plunges a 2 year comprehensive warranty. Recovery devices carry 1 year, and the ProGun IR 2 years for home use and 1 year for commercial use. The Recovery Station carries a 1 year commercial warranty across the whole unit. Email admin@premiersportsequipment.co.nz with your name, order number, the product, a description of the issue, and photos or video if you can. Our New Zealand team assesses it, and covered parts are repaired or replaced.

Help from our New Zealand team for as long as you own it. Call, chat or email with photos or video, and we talk you through the fix. If it needs a part, we order it, come to you and repair it.

You pay for parts only. Labour and call-outs stay free.
