Recovery that works while you rest

Boosts circulation

Eight chambers inflate in sequence from the wrist up, mimicking the body's own muscle pump to drive blood flow through tired arms.

Flushes fatigue

Helps clear metabolic waste after training.

Speeds recovery

Eases tight shoulders and forearms between sessions.

Primes for training

A light cycle warms the arms before you go.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Aero Compression System do?

Eight air chambers in each sleeve inflate in sequence from the wrist upwards, applying controlled pressure before releasing. This mimics the body's natural circulatory flow, helping move blood and lymphatic fluid, ease swelling, and settle tired arms after training.

What's the difference between AeroSleeves and AeroSleeves Pro?

AeroSleeves run from a separate control unit connected by a hose, and give you eight chambers and five modes including Combo. The Pro is fully wireless with the controls built into each sleeve, trading some of that range for a lighter, cord-free system. Both use the same Aero compression.

How long should each session be?

Sessions are adjustable from 10 to 60 minutes. Twenty to thirty minutes suits most people. Keep your first session to 20 minutes at a low pressure setting, then build up as it starts to feel comfortable.

What is Combo mode?

Combo runs Normal mode first, then goes straight into Sequential. You get a rolling wave up the arm followed by a full-arm build and release, in one continuous session. It's only available on AeroSleeves.

Can I use them before training?

Yes. A short cycle at low pressure before a session helps get blood moving through the arms. Keep it brief, 10 to 15 minutes is plenty, and save the longer, higher-pressure sessions for afterwards.

Who are AeroSleeves for?

Anyone who loads their arms and shoulders. Throwing and racquet sports, climbing, rowing, heavy pressing and pulling, and trades or desk work that leave the forearms tight. They work with the same Aero system as the boots, so you can run legs and arms from one setup.

Is it normal to feel pressure during use?

Yes. You'll feel a firm, rhythmic squeeze as the chambers inflate and release. It should feel snug, never painful. If anything hurts or feels wrong, stop and turn the unit off, then try again at a lower setting.

Is there anyone who shouldn't use them?

Yes. Don't use them if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a recent or current DVT, thrombophlebitis, heart disease, unstable hypertension, or any open wound or infection in the treatment area. Check with your doctor or physio first if you're pregnant, recovering from upper limb surgery, or unsure whether compression therapy suits you. Not suitable for anyone under 18.

How often can I use them?

Daily use is fine for most people. Many use them after every session and again in the evening. Build up gradually rather than starting with long sessions at high pressure.

How do I clean and store them?

Wipe the sleeves with antibacterial wipes and the control unit with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge any part of them or wash the sleeves with water. Let them air dry fully, then fold them into the travel bag and store somewhere cool and dry.
