Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Premier Sports Equipment website and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products and pricing
Availability. We sell standard products and quote-based products. Delivery times are shown on each product page.
Pricing. Prices for standard products are shown on this site in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices can change without notice. Prices for quote-based products are given on request and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
Quote-based orders. Specifications must be confirmed before your order is placed with our supplier. Changes after confirmation may not be possible.
2. Orders and payment
Confirmation. An order is confirmed once payment or the agreed deposit is received.
Payment methods. We accept credit and debit card payments and bank transfer. Card payments are processed through Shopify.
Deposits. Where a payment plan applies:
- Split payment: half on order, the balance on delivery.
- Lease to own: a minimum 25% deposit, with the balance paid monthly over the agreed term at 0% interest. You may pay a larger deposit if you choose.
Payment plans are available on quote-based products: sports machines, saunas, the Hydro Plunge Pro, the Hydro Chiller, both plunge systems and the Recovery Station.
Cancellation. Standard product orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Quote-based orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. After 48 hours the order is in production or in transit and cannot be cancelled.
3. Delivery
We deliver within New Zealand only.
Delivery is free nationwide. Estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy and, for quote-based products, in your quote.
4. Returns and refunds
See our Refund and Return Policy.
Where a return is accepted and the product is not faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Where a product is faulty, we cover return shipping.
5. Warranty
Sports machines carry a 2 year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery, plus lifetime technical support with no labour charge and no call-out fee.
Other products carry the warranty period stated on the product page.

6. Your rights under New Zealand law
If you are a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 give you rights that apply alongside these terms. Nothing here limits those rights.
If you acquire goods for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to that purchase, as permitted by section 43 of that Act. Our written warranty and these terms apply instead.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
We are not liable for delays caused by third party carriers or suppliers, though we will keep you informed and work to resolve them.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and branding, belongs to Premier Sports Equipment Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
