Recovery that works while you rest

Zip them on, set the timer, sit down. Legs, arms, or both at once.

250mmHg at the top of the range
4Systems, legs or arms
  1. Boosts circulation

Blood flow velocity rises while the boots or sleeves are running.

  2. Flushes fatigue

Eases the tight, heavy feeling that follows a hard session, in the legs or the arms.

  3. Speeds recovery

Less soreness two days out, where the research finds the biggest difference.

  4. Primes you for training

A short, light cycle before you go gets the limbs moving.

Standard or Pro, legs or arms

The same difference applies across boots and sleeves. Pro cuts the cord, standard gives you more chambers and modes.

Side by side Same warranty and the same bag on all four. What changes is the hardware.

Sit down. Let it work.

Legs up, timer on, nothing else to do. It is the quietest part of training, and the part people end up looking forward to.

  • Before bedTwenty minutes, then sleep.
  • Rest dayNothing to recover from. Do it anyway.

Questions, Answered

Which one should I get?

Start with where you need it. Boots for legs, sleeves for arms and shoulders, or a full body kit for both. Then choose standard or Pro: standard runs from a control unit and hose with more chambers and modes, Pro is fully wireless with a magnetic control unit that clips onto each boot or sleeve.

What's the difference between standard and Pro?

Pro is cordless. There's no base unit and no hoses, so you can move around during a session. Standard gives you eight chambers instead of five and an extra mode. Both use the same Aero compression.

Can I run boots and sleeves from one control unit?

On the standard system, yes. One Aero control unit and hose drives both, so you can switch between legs and arms from the same setup. The Pro full body kit works differently: four magnetic control units, one per garment, so boots and sleeves run at the same time.

Do I have to buy the full kit?

No. Boots and sleeves are sold separately, and you can add the other later. The full body kits just cost less than buying both on their own.

How long does a session take?

Anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes. Twenty to thirty minutes suits most people. Keep your first session short at a low pressure setting and build up from there.

Do I need to be an athlete to use these?

No. Runners, gym-goers and anyone whose work leaves their legs or arms heavy get the same use out of them. Adjustable pressure means you can run them as gently as you like.

How often can I use them?

Daily use is fine for most people. Many use them after every session and again in the evening. Build up gradually rather than starting with long sessions at high pressure.

Is there anyone who shouldn't use them?

Yes. Don't use them if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a recent or current DVT, thrombophlebitis, heart disease, unstable hypertension, or any open wound or infection in the treatment area. Check with your doctor or physio first if you're pregnant, recovering from limb surgery, or unsure whether compression therapy suits you. Not suitable for anyone under 18.

What sizes do they come in?

Boots come in Short, Regular and Long, based on leg length rather than shoe size. Sleeves come in one size. There's a size guide on each product page if you're unsure.

What's covered by the warranty?

Every Aero product comes with a one year warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing faults. Unauthorised repairs or modifications will void it, so get in touch with us rather than opening the unit if something isn't working.

Still deciding?

Tell us where you need it, legs or arms, and how often you train. We will point you at the right one.
