How cold and how warm does it go?
From 2 to 42 °C. From tap water at 25 to 28 °C it reaches 10 °C in 1.2 to 1.5 hours, 5 °C in 1.5 to 2 hours more, and 2 °C in about an hour after that.
Which tubs does it work with?
It is built for the Hydro Plunge and the Hydro Plunge Pro, and its universal fittings suit most cold plunge tubs.
Can it go outdoors?
Yes. The housing is rated IPX5. Keep it out of direct sunlight and on a level surface.
Does it keep the water clean?
It circulates the water through a built-in pump and filter while it runs, and UV purifies it.
How do I look after it?
Run the pump for 10 to 15 minutes after each use, keep the filter clean and replace it depending on use, and drain it when it will not be used for a long time.
What's the warranty?
A 2 year comprehensive warranty from delivery, and lifetime remote support, by email, phone and video call. If it is found to be faulty and needs replacing, we arrange collection. Warranty terms.
Can we spread the cost?
Yes. Split it 50/50, with the second half due on delivery. Payment options.
How do I order one?
Each chiller is made to order, 4 to 6 weeks from order. Message us or call and we will take you through it. If you need it in writing first, ask us for a written quote.
