5.0 1 review
The compression boots are 10/10 on recovery and quality. Strongly recommend. I used these right after my marathon when my legs were extremely sore. The difference was instant they gave me immediate relief and support, and I could actually walk again soon after the session. Highly recommend.
Five air chambers in each boot inflate in sequence from the foot upwards, applying controlled pressure before releasing. The pattern repeats for as long as the timer runs.
The Pro is fully wireless. Every control sits on a unit that clips magnetically onto each boot, so there is no base unit and nothing to connect. Up to four hours on a charge, then the cable. The compression system itself is the same.
Sessions are adjustable from 10 to 60 minutes. Twenty to thirty minutes suits most people. Keep your first session to 20 minutes at a low pressure setting, then build up as it starts to feel comfortable.
Up to four hours of run time per charge. Higher pressure settings and longer sessions will use it faster. Charge fully before first use.
Yes. A short cycle at low pressure before a session helps get blood moving through the legs. Keep it brief, 10 to 15 minutes is plenty, and save the longer, higher-pressure sessions for afterwards.
Daily use is fine for most people. Many use them after every session and again in the evening. Build up gradually rather than starting with long sessions at high pressure.
Yes, you'll feel a firm, rhythmic squeeze as the chambers inflate and release. It should feel snug, never painful. If anything hurts or feels wrong, stop and turn it off at the panel, then try again at a lower setting.
Yes. Don't use them if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a recent or current DVT, thrombophlebitis, heart disease, unstable hypertension, or any open wound or infection in the treatment area. Check with your doctor or physio first if you're pregnant, recovering from lower limb surgery, or unsure whether compression therapy suits you. Not suitable for anyone under 18.
No. 18 pressure levels means you can run them as gently or as firmly as you like. Runners, gym-goers and anyone who spends long days on their feet get the same use out of them.
Wipe the sleeves with antibacterial wipes and the panel with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge any part of them or wash the sleeves with water. Let them air dry fully, then fold them into the carry case and store somewhere cool and dry.
What owners add next. Compression covers the whole limb; the rest covers what it cannot reach.
