Shipping Policy
This policy covers orders delivered to New Zealand and to Australia. We ship from New Zealand.
1. Delivery cost
New Zealand: delivery is free to any New Zealand address.
Australia: shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Quote-based products: delivery is included in your quote.
2. Processing time
Standard products: dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment.
Pre-order products: dispatched within 4 weeks. The product page says when an item is on pre-order.
Quote-based products are made to order. Saunas: 6 to 8 weeks from order. Sports machines and every other quote-based product: 4 to 6 weeks from order. You receive a confirmed delivery date when you order.
3. Delivery time
Standard products in New Zealand: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch for most addresses. Rural delivery can take longer.
Standard products in Australia: usually 2 to 6 business days after dispatch to most addresses. Regional and remote addresses can take longer. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.
Quote-based products: coordinated by us and confirmed with you before delivery. Machines arrive either pre-assembled or in a few parts that go together in about five minutes, depending on the machine.
4. Tracking
You receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Quote-based deliveries are arranged directly with you rather than tracked.
5. Delays
Delays can happen, usually through weather, carrier backlogs or supplier timelines. If your order is affected we will contact you and give you a revised date.
6. Lost or damaged items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive. We will work with the carrier or supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please keep the packaging until any damage claim is resolved. In Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this time frame.
