This policy applies to orders delivered to an Australian address. We ship from New Zealand to addresses across Australia.
Delivery cost
Standard products are charged at checkout at a flat rate by the total weight of your order, the same anywhere in Australia:

Quote-based products (sports machines and the Recovery Station): delivery is arranged by us and set out in your quote.
Processing time
Standard products are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Pre-order products are dispatched within 4 weeks. The product page says when an item is on pre-order.
Quote-based products are made to order and take 4 to 6 weeks from order. You receive a confirmed delivery date with your quote.
Delivery time
Standard products usually arrive 2 to 6 business days after dispatch to most Australian addresses. Regional and remote addresses can take longer. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier.
Quote-based products: delivery is coordinated by us and confirmed with you beforehand.
Tracking
You receive an email with tracking once your order is dispatched. Quote-based deliveries are arranged directly with you.
Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs or supplier timelines can cause delays. If your order is affected we will tell you and give you a new estimated date.
Lost or damaged parcels
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it delivered and it has not arrived. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the packaging until any damage claim is resolved. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this time frame.
